Cookie Policy

What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your computer or phone. It lets the website remember something about your visit, such as which form you were filling in, whether you have visited before, or which adverts you have seen. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Others stay until they expire or you delete them.
How this website uses cookies
We use two kinds of cookie. Strictly necessary cookies are needed for the website to work and are always on. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner when you first visit. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Strictly necessary cookies
These make the website work and cannot be switched off. They do not identify you personally.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| CraftSessionId | Identifies your browsing session so that multi-step forms, such as the Get Started form and the callback request, remember what you have entered between steps. | Until you close your browser |
| CRAFT_CSRF_TOKEN | A security token that makes sure the forms you submit came from this website and not from somewhere else pretending to be you. | Until you close your browser |
| tds_consent | Remembers the choices you made in the cookie banner so that we do not ask you again on every page. | Up to 12 months |
Analytics cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics to understand how people use the website: which pages are visited, how long people stay, and where they came from. This helps us improve the site. The information is aggregated and does not tell us who you are. Google's privacy policy explains how Google handles it.
| Name | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Lets Google Analytics tell one visitor apart from another. | 2 years |
| _ga_ followed by an ID | Keeps track of a visit as you move between pages. | 2 years |
Content loaded from other companies
Some parts of the website are loaded from other companies' servers. When your browser fetches them, that company receives your IP address in the same way any web server does.
- Google Fonts supplies the typeface used across the site. Google does not set cookies when serving fonts.
- Font Awesome supplies the icons used in the footer and on the contact page. It does not set cookies.
- Embedded videos. Where a news article includes a video hosted on YouTube or Vimeo, that provider may set its own cookies when you press play. Those cookies are controlled by the video provider, and their cookie policies explain them.
Changing your choices
When you first visit, the cookie banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. You can accept or reject them, and change your choice at any time with the “Cookie Settings” link at the bottom of every page. Rejecting analytics cookies does not stop you using any part of the site.
You can also delete cookies already on your device and set your browser to block new ones. Every major browser explains how in its help pages:
Bear in mind that blocking the strictly necessary cookies listed above will stop the forms on this website from working.
