HOW IT WORKS:

Your customers place orders on your website, and payment is authorised. We receive order notifications through web integration or batch file download. We print pick notes and select items from your stock in our warehouse. We pack the orders using suitable packaging (which we can buy for you at trade prices). We despatch the orders using various distribution services across the UK and internationally.

Orders received before 12.00 noon are aimed to be despatched the same day. We manage returns according to your procedures and provide online access to reports so you can track orders.
